Magazine, Ms. Goold-Haws brings her personal experience to her consulting work.

Joyce Mikkelson has over 35 years of experience in global commerce, high technology and consulting services and has worked in Europe, Russia and Africa. In 11 years living abroad, she started several of her own successful businesses. After returning home, Joyce taught International Business for four years at the University of San Diego while also working for the CITD. In her 19 years consulting for the CITD she has promoted over 75 seminars and helped over 700 companies and 980 clients in all aspects of international business.

Ms. Gordillo began her International Trade Consulting career at Verity Systems in El Dorado, California in the logistics department. She was recruited to the Centers for International Trade Development (CITD) to work at CITD’s Sacramento office where she played a key role giving impetus to the California-Mexico Trade Assistance Center and successfully becoming the Principal International Trade Specialist at the Los Rios CITD. Ester provides support and leadership in international trade to a wide array of industries, seasoned and start-up companies, and individuals. Ester is currently a member of the Northern California District Export Council and a director of the Inland International Trade Association, Inc. (IITAI). Ms. Gordillo is a founder and past president of the Mexican Cultural Center of Northern California based in Sacramento, working closely with the Mexican Consulate. She is a former state secretary of the California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and former executive director of the Sacramento Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.ds.

Angela Cordell has been an entrepreneur since the age of nine when she spent all summer designing handmade greeting cards then recruiting her friends to go door-to-door selling them. After spending 10 years in public relations, working in business development and launching her own boutique communications company, Ms. Cordell began coaching small businesses with the potential to become Microglobal. She is a co-founder of Girls Gone Global, a education and training company that provides services and support to women entrepreneurs.
